Lexunion, International Legal & Notarial Strategies

swisNot is a co-founder of the Lexunion (International Legal & Notarial Strategies), an international federation of national networks of legal and fiscal professionals working for individuals and business.

Members of this group

  • support their clients in their legal operations abroad.
  • welcome foreign clients wishing to invest in their country.

The Lexunion’s specialist fields are:

  • drawing up marriage or civil partnership contracts or wills.
  • inheritance settlements,
  • private asset transfer,
  • creation and follow-up of companies,
  • the purchase and sale of property,
  • all while monitoring the fiscal arrangements of these operations.

swisNot, the Swiss notary network, your partner in legal and tax matters. swisNot consists of 16 offices in 26 locations in 13 cantons, i.e. about 50 notaries with a total of about 300 qualified employees.
